Confirmation & Cancellation policy:
A signed confirmation of the hotel is required in order a reservation to be considered guarantee.
In case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival in Low and Middle season and 21 days prior in High and Peak season no fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 14 days in Low and Middle season or within 21 days in High and Peak season, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.
No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
